This review is for Friday July 17’ 2026 at 7:45 pm. As a long-time, loyal customer of Sunright Tea Studio, I have visited many locations across Southern and Northern California. Because I live quite far from your stores, I make it a habit to order in bulk whenever I am in the area. Unfortunately, my experience at the Diamond Jamboree location this past Friday afternoon was incredibly disappointing and unlike any service I have received at your other branches. After placing a 10-drink order via the kiosk and waiting patiently for nearly 30 minutes during a busy Friday rush, I was finally called to pick up my order. When I approached the counter, the staff member questioned if I even needed a bag for my 10 drinks. When I looked surprised by the question, she proceeded to attempt to load all 10 drinks into a single carrier. When I politely requested two separate bags—explaining that the weight was significant and difficult to carry safely—she insisted that the single bag was "strong enough." Even after I clarified that I needed them split for manageable transport, she provided the second bag with a sarcastic smile and curtly told me to "get my own straws." I understand that Friday aft

Love their cheese foams with the matcha especially. This place has high quality drinks, one of my favorite spots in Irvine, not just any milk tea shop, they are super friendly and have beautiful drinks

Desserts and boba are always essential after dinner. How can you not get boba in the most Asian plaza in Irvine lol? Parking: The Diamond Jamboree is a very popular plaza. Finding a spot is a pain the a—. Highly recommend carpooling or get dropped off. Ambiance/Environment: This is probably my least favorite location bc it’s extremely small. It’s a quick grab n go location. There’s no indoor seating, but there is some outdoor seating. It’s always packed every weekend. Service: We didn’t interact with anyone. You’d place your order through the kiosks. Throughput takes a bit longer than usual since it’s always busy. The great thing is that they text you when your order is ready, so you can explore the plaza while you wait. Drinks: I always get something different when I visit. Their milk teas and fruit teas are more on the sweeter end. I recommend adjusting the sweetness level. Their coffee is okay. Their matcha is a hit or miss. The boba texture tastes as expected. Pricing: Average prices for boba drinks nowadays, and this is Irvine lol .. Make sure to sign up for the rewards!

Such a lovely place! The atmosphere is cozy and stylish, everything is clean and well taken care of. The tea is delicious and you can really tell it’s high quality. The staff is friendly and helpful, they explained everything and helped me choose. Definitely coming back 😊

Small Boba shop in a busy shopping center. Drinks are always good. Customer service was exceptionally great today. Forgot to change the fresh milk to almond and the gentleman at the counter remade it for us immediately. Overall 5 ⭐️
